Vercreicia Berry began her VA career in 1998 as a cashier at the VA Loma Linda Veterans Canteen Service retail store. Over the next 27 years, Berry advanced within VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, taking on roles such as medical clerk, medical support assistant, and advanced medical support assistant.​

Now a Program Analyst, Berry assists group practice managers and services by identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the quality of care, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Additionally, she validates the accuracy of all clinic setups, including locations and contact information, ensuring that Veteran patients can easily access the clinical services they need. ​
