Select healthcare providers at VA Loma Linda will begin offering Ambient AI Scribe, an innovative tool that securely captures clinical notes during appointments​ while providers focus on Veteran care. ​

This technology allows providers to spend less time typing and more time engaging in meaningful, face-to-face conversations about your health, concerns, and goals. ​

Use of Ambient AI Scribe is optional. Veterans or their surrogates must verbally consent. Providers will discuss it openly and Veterans can opt out at any time. ​

Registration for the VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND WHEELCHAIR DIVISIONS will open at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Veterans will log in to the Registration4Vets platform to register.
