Broccoli and turmeric soup
This soup is beneficial for appetite, hormonal weight sensitive imbalance loss, low digestion.
“LUNCH or DINNER SOUP “
Ingredient’s-:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup almond milk
Salt and pepper

This broccoli and turmeric soup is a personal favorite of mine.
It's ready in 30 minutes and serves 4.
DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium-high. Sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add broccoli, turmeric, salt, and pepper, followed by vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and almond milk. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with quinoa and a protein of your choice.

Here is healthy warming winter recipe gift from us to Your loved ones 💕
Delicious creamy tomato & basil soup

I N G R E D I E N T S
6 medium-sized tomatoes,
diced
2 onions, sliced
3 tbsp ghee
1 tsp dried thyme
Sea salt, fresh black
pepper
1 can of full-fat coconut
milk or rice milk
Handful of fresh basil Cheese.

Ready in 45 min -serving 6
Lunch or Dinner

Directions -:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C), and line a baking
sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tomatoes, and onions, on the baking sheet. Add
salt, pepper, and thyme along with the ghee. Mix well
until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the onions are
caramelized.
Transfer to a blender, and add fresh basil and coconut
milk. Blend for a few minutes until creamy.
Reheat for a few minutes in a sauce pan. Then, serve with
a side of grains, and protein of your choice.

What To Serve On Fresh Tomato Soup (optional )
Parmesan Cheese
Gorgonzola Cheese
Pine Nuts
Chopped Basil.
