Broccoli and turmeric soup
This soup is beneficial for appetite, hormonal weight sensitive imbalance loss, low digestion.
“LUNCH or DINNER SOUP “
Ingredient’s-:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup almond milk
Salt and pepper
This broccoli and turmeric soup is a personal favorite of mine.
It's ready in 30 minutes and serves 4.
DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium-high. Sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add broccoli, turmeric, salt, and pepper, followed by vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and almond milk. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with quinoa and a protein of your choice.
