We had a lot of fun today with the LLA Beach Volleyball team today!
We emphasized getting their feet, arms, and back connected to their core to jump out of the sand stronger! Have a good season ladies!

While traveling, I’ve been on the hunt for quality Pilates to support my body through long hours sitting while traveling—and I found this lovely BASI studio in Jogja. delivered a much-needed workout and graciously listened to my thoughts on Classical Pilates, transitions, flow, and connection. So grateful for good movement anywhere I go. Can’t wait to get back on my reformer!

At BodyAligned PT & Pilates, our space is intentionally different. ✨ On the Pilates side, we offer a serene, intimate studio with just four reformers per class—allowing for truly personalized, private-style attention in a supportive small-group setting. Our instructors provide detailed cueing, hands-on guidance, and individualized modifications so every client feels seen, supported, and appropriately challenged.
On the physical therapy side, we prioritize skilled, continuous care with the same treating therapist—because consistency matters. Together, our integrated approach creates a community-centered environment where movement, healing, and connection happen side by side.

We’re thrilled to welcome Amelie Hunter to our team!
Amelie has been a mentor and inspiration to me since my teens - a gifted ballet and dance instructor, choreographer, and Pilates professional. It’s such a full-circle moment to now have the opportunity to work alongside her.
