I’m a fitness professional with 18 years of industry experience, backed by a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Movement Science. I specialize in stretch therapy, corrective exercise, muscle development, and gym operations and management.

Outside of coaching and managing gyms, I enjoy gaming, hiking, and tracking down the best ramen spots. I’m an avid traveler (favorites so far include Miami, Puerto Rico, and Denver), a lifelong Dragon Ball Z fan (Team Vegeta), and a tattoo enthusiast with over 150 pieces.
