With me, it started about 25 years ago, when I first learned Reiki and it opened many doors for me. For example, first I used it for self healing. Then, I was able to help my friend who was struggling with MS and I made many wonderful friends along the way who were on the same path as I was to self awakening and shining light where it was needed.

Why learn Reiki? Each one of us has our own motivation! But some want to learn how to raise their vibration and learn self healing and eventually to help others on their healing journey. This class is taught in the manner of the original western Usui Reiki with some Japanese Reiki included. Not woo-woo!

Self-scanning is a powerful Reiki technique that allows you to tune into your body's energy, identify blockages you may not be aware of, and restore balance.

💜 How to Self-Scan:
🔹 Place your hands in Gassho position
🔹 Say a prayer giving thanks and ask to be a clear and open channel for Reiki to flow
🔹 Bring your hands up and touch your third eye with your thumbs
🔹 Say a prayer to be shown where you most need Reiki
🔹 Place your consciousness in your non-dominant hand
🔹 Begin scanning with your non-dominant hand at the top of your head, and move down your body
🔹 Look for changes in your energy and treat those areas as they arise

Taking just a few moments each day to self-scan can bring profound clarity and peace. Trust your intuition, listen to your energy, and allow healing to flow.
