🎃👻 Say hello to the BOO CREW! 👻🎃
The Dayrise team got into the spirit of Halloween Week with festive gear, spooky vibes, and lots of laughter.

At Dayrise Wellness, we believe that connection, joy, and a little spooky magic make work (and life) better. Grateful for this amazing team and the energy they bring to everything they do — especially when it involves themed t-shirts. 🧡🖤

🌟 Welcome, Liz Pusateri, LPC, NCC! 🌟
We’re thrilled to welcome Liz to the Dayrise Wellness team!

Liz is a warm, thoughtful, and genuine therapist who supports children, teens, adults, and families with compassion and care. With experience in both community mental health and private practice, she specializes in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and family dynamics.

In addition to evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP, Liz also offers pastoral counseling for clients who identify as Christian or Catholic and wish to incorporate their faith into the therapy process. She creates space to explore topics like spirituality, morality, prayer, and the role of faith in mental health—especially when religious experiences may have contributed to anxiety or distress. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their beliefs in ways that support emotional healing and personal growth.

✨ Liz brings a collaborative, client-centered approach to every session—and is especially passionate about helping individuals integrate their values and lived experiences into a meaningful therapeutic journey.

🧶 Outside of work, Liz loves to crochet and is often working on a cozy new blanket or handmade sweater.

We’re so lucky to have her on the team!

🌈 Su***de prevention is not just about awareness—it’s about understanding risk and responding with compassion.

According to The Trevor Project, LGBTQ+ youth are significantly more likely to experience depression and attempt su***de due to stigma, discrimination, and lack of support.

➡️ These numbers reflect real lives—and underscore the urgent need for inclusive, accessible mental health care.

At Dayrise, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for individuals of all identities.

If you're worried about someone, say something.
We know it can feel overwhelming to ask a hard question or start a difficult conversation. But reaching out—gently, directly, and without judgment—can be life-changing. Sometimes, it’s the first step toward safety and healing.

Here are a few ways to open the door:
💬 “You’ve been on my mind—how are you really doing?”
💬 “I’ve noticed you haven’t seemed like yourself. I’m here if you want to talk.”
💬 “Are you thinking about ending your life?” (Yes, you can ask directly.)

You don’t need the perfect words.
You just need to be present.

💛 If you or someone you care about is in crisis, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline—free, confidential, and available 24/7.

At Dayrise, we believe that asking someone how they’re really doing can change everything.
You don’t need perfect words to make a difference—just your presence, your willingness to listen, and your care.

Our latest blog offers guidance on starting these deeply important conversations—with your friends, your teens, your loved ones, or yourself.

💬 Let’s talk about su***de with honesty, tenderness, and hope.
Together, we can reduce stigma, increase understanding, and remind each other that no one is ever truly alone.

🧡 If you or someone you love is struggling, support is here. You matter.

Knowing the signs can save a life.

Su***de warning signs aren’t always loud. Sometimes they show up as silence. Isolation. Giving away something meaningful. Or a sudden calm that feels out of place.

This Su***de Prevention Week, we invite you to look a little closer. Check in with your friends. Ask twice. And believe people when they tell you they’re struggling.

You don’t need to be a therapist to make a difference. You just need to care—and to act.

📲 Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7.

Every 45 seconds, someone attempts su***de.
Behind every number is a name. A family. A future.

Su***de remains one of the leading causes of death in the U.S., especially for young people. These aren’t just stats—they’re a call to awareness, compassion, and action.

As mental health providers, we’re committed to changing the story.
💬 Talk openly. Listen without judgment. And remind those around you: there is always help—and there is always hope.

📲 Reach out anytime by calling or texting 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
