🎉 Today is Certification Nation Day, and we’re proud to celebrate with a big shoutout to our amazing team at ATG!

For the 5th year in a row, we've been named a Great Place to Work® Certified organization — and it’s all thanks to the heart, dedication, and unity of our team.

At ATG, we believe in growing together, supporting one another, and creating meaningful change for the clients, families, and communities we serve. 💙

Here’s to our people — the reason we’re a great place to work, today and every day.

Make Friends Through Shared Interests

Children connect more easily when they share a passion — whether it’s trains, art, or building blocks. Encourage playdates and activities that center around your child’s favorite things.

Tip for Social Success: Start small.

When introducing peer interactions, begin with short, one-on-one activities in familiar places. This helps your child feel safe and builds confidence step by step.

This past weekend, our ATG Wisconsin team had the opportunity to attend the WisABA Conference
—connecting with other professionals, learning from industry leaders, and continuing to grow our impact in the autism therapy community.

👂 Listening, 👣 learning, and 💡 leading with empathy and excellence is what we do. Our team is energized and inspired to bring new ideas back to the families and communities we serve.

Thank you, Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis for hosting such an impactful event! 💙

Today, we pause to remember.
On this day, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the families forever
changed.

We carry their memory with us—today and always.

Over the past couple of weeks, our team has been turning up the fun — celebrating our Great Place to Work spirit alongside some unforgettable staff events!

From laser tag to axe throwing, bowling, arcade games, and more — we’ve been making memories, building connections, and sharing lots of laughs along the way. 💙

These moments reflect the heart of ATG: passionate people, strong community, and a whole lot of joy.

We’re grateful for every teammate who brings their best to the work we do — and knows how to have a blast doing it.

Grand Slam Sunday with Our ATG Team! 💙
This past weekend, we had the incredible joy of bringing together our staff and their families at the Chicago Dogs game in Rosemont!

From cheering in the stands to connecting beyond the clinic, it was a beautiful way to celebrate the heart of ATG — our people. We’re so grateful for our team and the families who support the life-changing work we do every day.

Thank you for making it a day to remember!
