mid december vibes

meals i ate to support a balanced mood during an anxious time —>

- preworkout: coffee + pb oat ball (i normally have coffee pretty early before a full breakfast because i like it and it works for me, but during periods of ongoing stress and anxiety this habit will immediately trigger an anxious feeling in me, so i back off. we’re all different.)

- breakfast: greek yogurt bowl with flax, apple, granola

- snack:

- lunch: sandwich, baby carrots, pickles, sweet potato chips

- pre dog walk snack: fruit bar

- dinner: burger bowls! these reliably delicious flavors help me when i don’t have a huge appetite.

past the situational anxiety now, but wanted to share what i do while it’s actively happening. pls let me know if you have questions and follow for more mental health nutrition content!!
