Lombard office hosted in-service training for our caregivers on 02/21/2025.
We went through such topics as:

-Communications skills/Interaction skills relating to persons who are hard of hearing, have dementia, or other special needs

-Understanding aging and functionally impaired persons

-Physical, Emotional and Developmental needs of the Participant

-Assisting in the use of specific adaptive equipment

-Body mechanics and normal range of motion, transfer technique and positioning

-Assistance with Activity of Daily Living

-Basic hygiene, infection prevention and control practices; hygiene and infection control

-Cultural Diversity

It is very important for us to provide quality training for our employees. This is the key to the well-being and harmony of our customers.
