Home Visits: Meeting with participants in their homes to ensure their needs are being met.

Supervision: Overseeing and supporting our dedicated Home Care Aides.

Quality Assurance: Monitoring services to ensure they consistently exceed client expectations.

Collaboration: Handling administrative duties and special assignments to keep our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
Compassion: A genuine desire to work with people and improve their well-being.

Reliability: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Eligibility: High School Diploma and legal authorization to work in the US.

Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
