Hope Health and Rehabilitation/Hope Senior Living We are a family owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to giving great care.

We are a family owned 38 bed Nursing Home and Rehab Center, with a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. Our mission is to create a person centered living environment by implementing the highest standards of care. We will maximize the health, independence, self-esteem , and intrinsic worth of each resident. We will collaborate with the resident, family, and others to exceed the needs of the resident. O

ur staff will function as a team with a professional and positive attitude treating residents, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.

Congratulations (and Happy Birthday!) to Tessa who is now officially able to work as a CNA!!!🎉Tessa completed her cna class through the Hope Nurse Aide Training Program and passed her state certification exams on the first try.😎She had been working at Hope Health as an Aide's Angel while taking the cna class this spring and will be part of our Youth Apprentice Program. Tessa is an outstanding caregiver and an essential part of our nursing team at Hope! Congrats, Tessa! We are all so proud of you!💙

There's one week left to purchase a ticket (or a few) for our amazing Summer Raffle Basket! 1 ticket for $1 OR 6 tickets for $5.
Money raised goes to the HHRC/HSL Activity Fund. Stop by Hope Health (nursing home) to check out the basket and purchase your tickets.
Drawing will take place July 31st at 3pm. Although we'd love your presence, you won't need to be present to win.
