Hope Health and Rehabilitation/Hope Senior Living We are a family owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to giving great care.

We are a family owned 38 bed Nursing Home and Rehab Center, with a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. Our mission is to create a person centered living environment by implementing the highest standards of care. We will maximize the health, independence, self-esteem , and intrinsic worth of each resident. We will collaborate with the resident, family, and others to exceed the needs of the resident. Our staff will function as a team with a professional and positive attitude treating residents, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.

The blizzard on the 16th may have delayed our pub crawl, but nothing was going to stop it completely! On Sunday, we had our St Paddy's Pub Crawl complete with trivia, human slot machine, pin the hat on the leprechaun, Lucky Charm bars, Shamrock Shakes, beer cheese dip and of course a little "green punch" A great time was had by all!
