Hope Health and Rehabilitation/Hope Senior Living We are a family owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to giving great care.

We are a family owned 38 bed Nursing Home and Rehab Center, with a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. Our mission is to create a person centered living environment by implementing the highest standards of care. We will maximize the health, independence, self-esteem , and intrinsic worth of each resident. We will collaborate with the resident, family, and others to exceed the needs of the resident. Our staff will function as a team with a professional and positive attitude treating residents, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.

Finished our Ageless Adventure week with a "trip" to the good ol' USA. We had a grill out, a scavenger hunt, and a performance by one of our favorites, Glen Navis. We really had a fun week visiting all these destinations. Can't wait for next year!

Spent Wednesday celebrating Germany. We raced Weiner dogs, had good old liver and onions for lunch, enjoyed the Happy Hour Fun Time Polka Band. Finally, no trip to Germany is complete without a beer tasting with pretzels and cheese 🎶🥨🍻💛🖤❤️

Ageless Adventure. That is our theme for Assisted Living Week, so we are going around the world! Monday was Tourist day. We made passports, ate ramen and pot stickers (which many had never had before) balanced eggs on chopsticks while racing wheelchairs, and made paper airplanes. Let the fun begin! 🍜🌏✈️
