Hope Health and Rehabilitation/Hope Senior Living We are a family owned skilled nursing facility dedicated to giving great care.

We are a family owned 38 bed Nursing Home and Rehab Center, with a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. Our mission is to create a person centered living environment by implementing the highest standards of care. We will maximize the health, independence, self-esteem , and intrinsic worth of each resident. We will collaborate with the resident, family, and others to exceed the needs of the resident. Our staff will function as a team with a professional and positive attitude treating residents, visitors, and coworkers with dignity and respect.

While we’re very sad we couldn’t have our usual big Christmas bash, the residents still enjoyed a visit from Santa and opening their gifts. Santa was also nice enough to salt the walk for us while he made his rounds! 🎅
