To our Prospect Optometry valued patients and customers,

In light of rapidly evolving developments with novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing the following practices effective immediately.

Our primary goal is to ensure our staff and patients are cared for and well protected. We are following the guidance of the CDC and the Los Angeles County of Department of Health.

Telephonic screenings: before scheduling an appointment, staff will inquire if the patient is displaying any symptoms of shortness of breath, fever and cough.

Inform us of your recent travels.

If you’ve had exposures to individuals that have tested positive for Coronavirus.

We are implementing social distancing by scheduling appointments every 45 minutes to minimize/eliminate exposure .

Walk-ins would only be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any of the above symptoms, please call back to reschedule.

We maintain high standards for hygiene and cleanliness in our office.

We are reminding our co-workers and patients to exercise appropriate preventive hygiene practices.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We are constantly researching and trying to learn any updates to improve our care.
