We’ve been teaching Goat Yoga for 3 years now.
It started with one class each summer, borrowing baby goats from friends. Last year we took the chance and brought home 5 adorable goats. Now we get to share this experience whenever we can.

Goat Yoga is obviously not your traditional yoga class, and that’s exactly why I love it:
You might not flow through many postures
You will get interrupted
But, you will definitely be present

The goats wander around, beg for treats, munch around, climb on backs, and ask for pets. Everyone becomes incredibly present enjoying them.

It becomes less about the perfect practice and more about connecting with the moment in nature.

And that’s why we teach it 💚

MARCH CLASS SCHEDULE is Live🌟

We heard your feedback and added POLE EXPERIENCED class on Saturdays at 10am.
If you have been practicing pole for more than 3 months, this class is perfect for continuing to build your journey. This also opens up more spots in our Pole Fitness classes, so if you have been curious and want to try, you’ll now find more availability.

We have many class options for every level, so come and join us 💪🏼🩷

Help! We are eggstra busy!

We are looking for someone who loves chickens to help us handling thousands of eggs each week. Mostly organizing, cleaning and packaging.

We need help once a week for 2 or 3 hours. Any day of the week works, but Tuesdays would be especially helpful.
In exchange for your valuable time, we are happy to share fresh veggies and eggs.

We are grateful for any help as we continue to grow.

Blooming Energy was never just a studio.

When we started, we wanted to create something that reflected everything we are:
Thoughtful movement.
Good food.
Community and support for others.
Our love for animals.

The farm allows us another space, another way to keep growing and expanding.

The studio and the farm are not separate entities.
They support each other, just like they support who we are.

🌈 Sound Bath + Hammock is BACK as a series, every last Sunday of the month. This series will begin with the 7 Chakras.

During the break we will host two amazing yoga classes:
🎄Tension Relief with myofascial release dedicated to legs and feet. Tuesday, December 23rd at 6pm.
🕯️Gratitude Flow to honor everything you accomplished this year and create space for 2026. New Year’s Eve at 9am.
