Every Valentine’s for the past five years, we have celebrated our love, but even more, the self-love that makes more space for us to keep walking this journey together.

Some classes, you know from the beginning, are going to challenge you physically; you know they are a workout and you prepare mentally.
But Acro Chair brought out a challenge in me that I never expected. As the amazing explained the steps, I realized that getting in touch with my femininity was hard. Realizing that moving in a sensual manner is ok, and can even be natural, was a tough one to get through.
Most days, I’m lost between dirt and a quick change into leggings. Where, in all that, do I fit as a woman?
Acro Chair was a great way to make me think how strength and softness can coexist, and how much there is still to discover within me.
