This one day Mindful Mixed Media “mini retreat” Saturday, July 12, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, is an inspiring way to reconnect with your creative spirit.🧘✨

Surrounded by a supportive creative community, and guided into the art process with Kathy Leader, creativity coach. We will enjoy the welcoming, peaceful atmosphere of Sunburst’s meditation and wildlife sanctuary while we let go of all that confines us.

The day consists of self-reflection, intention setting, freeform abstract painting and mixed media techniques. Our emphasis is on freeing our inner critic by working mindfully and intuitively with the nurturing support of artist and creativity coach, Kathy Leader. The goal is to leave feeling replenished and inspired to continue your home practice!

A vegetarian lunch is included. Most needed materials are provided.
