🌟 Big News at Second Mile Behavioral Health! 🌟

Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Crystal Smith, PMHNP-BC, started today and is now seeing clients! She currently has appointment availability, but spots are filling quickly. Give us a call to get scheduled today!

We are also pleased to share that we now offer medically assisted treatment including Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol, to support individuals on their recovery journey.

In addition, Second Mile is launching an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Laurel County to provide structured, supportive treatment options for those who need more than traditional outpatient services. This is scheduled to begin January 5th, 2026 but we are currently taking referrals for assessments.
