Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Levi Office team in London, KY. This role is focused on providing exceptional care to clients receiving mental health therapy, making a positive impact on their well-being and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose a range of mental health conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
Maintain accurate, confidential records using electronic health record systems.

Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews, contributing to a collaborative approach to client care.

Required Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Active Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in Psychiatry or Family Practice.

Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or applicable boards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those receiving mental health therapy.

Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

Competence with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
