🔅I want to take a moment to share an important update and reminder regarding my booking and cancellation policies.
Over the past few years, I have been extremely lenient and understanding when it comes to cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows. Unfortunately, this has recently gotten out of hand and has begun to directly impact my time, income, and ability to serve clients who truly want those appointment slots. Because of this, these policies will now be strictly enforced.
✨Please note: all of the following policies were already outlined in the intake paperwork that was signed when booking your first appointment. This message serves as a reminder and notice that enforcement will no longer be flexible.
• Card on File Required 💳
All clients are required to have a valid card on file in order to book and keep appointments.
• Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🗓️
Any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of 50% of the total service cost.
*This fee will be charged to the card on file.*
• Repeated Cancellations / No-Shows ❌
If cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes continue to occur, I reserve the right to discontinue services and terminate the client relationship. This decision is not personal—it is necessary to protect my business, time, and availability.
• Appointment Confirmations ✅
Text reminders are sent prior to appointments. Failure to confirm your appointment via text may result in your appointment being canceled. Please make sure to respond to confirmation messages to secure your appointment time.
I truly appreciate and value my clients, and these policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect, and sustainability for my business. Thank you to those who consistently communicate, show up on time, and respect my schedule.
