We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Residential Manager to join our women’s transitional housing team at Hagar’s Well. In this role, you’ll walk alongside women in recovery, helping them rebuild their lives through structure, encouragement, and faith-based support. You’ll oversee daily schedules, lead community support classes, Bible studies, and recovery groups, and create activities that promote sobriety, personal growth, and independence. The ideal candidate has experience with addiction recovery, strong communication skills, and a heart for service. Flexible hours, reliable transportation, and a willingness to be a positive role model are essential. Leslie has been with us for a while now, and we have loved seeing the thoughtful creativity she brings to the Bakery! Everytime we walk into the Bakery, we are blown away by the creations she comes up with! Whether it’s back-to-school cookies, our classic CFF Cookies, and more, she never fails to exceed CFF’s and our customers expectations! Shoutout to Leslie!

You can always count on when you ask Leslie Woods to speak to our ladies she is gonna bring the anointing and fire with her! Her message to them (us) was “PRESS!” Thankful the Lord blessed us with a beautiful evening together of faith, food, and fellowship! And to spend some time with this little cutie, Asher, whole has stolen everyone’s heart 💙

DONATIONS NEEDED‼️

We are so very proud to say that this week these two beautiful ladies (mother and daughter) will be transitioning into there very own place to rent! This is excited news as this is the next step in their journey and we want to help them all that we can. The Lord has already moved mountains to allow this to happen for them and blessed them in so many ways but they are still in need of some things. So if you want to help them out here is a list of the few items they will be needing.

Pots and pans, bake wear , kitchen utensils (SPATULAS, BIG SPOONS, ETC), vacuum, mop, inside garbage can (big and small). Coffee pot, small rugs, kitchen towels and dishrags, laundry basket/hamper, plastic hangers, bed pillows, queen bedding, full size bedding.

June 10th Mary celebrated 1 whole year of sobriety! 🙌 We love hearing her testify and tell her story of how the Lord has changed her over the last year. She said when she came to Hagars Well in August 2024 she really had no intention of staying but shortly after coming the Lord got in the arrangements and instead of running (like she always had in the past) she started praying every morning “Lord, help me stay sober today” And now she has prayed that prayer every morning for over a year and it’s still working! We believe Jesus can the difference maker in your life if you’ll allow him to be and he has definitely changed Mary! She wants to be a Sunday school teacher and a what a great witness for the Lord she has been. Way to go Mary, we are so proud of you! 👏
