If you have a qualifying diagnosis, our compassionate team is here to help guide you through the process with personalized care in a welcoming environment. Walk-ins are welcome during Primary Care hours. 💚

Qualifying conditions include:
• Chronic pain
• PTSD
• Cancer
• Epilepsy/seizure disorders
• Multiple sclerosis/spasticity
