📢📢📢 ATTENTION PEDS AND FAMILY PATIENTS!!!!
The winter season is upon us!
Our main priority is the safety of our patients and staff.
In the event of winter weather, there may be times our office closes and all appointments will be moved to telehealth (vsee messenger).
When we choose to close, all patients on the schedule will be called first thing that morning, as well as a message sent on Vsee. A post will also be made on HMC Family & Pediatrics on Facebook.
There will also be a sign on our office door, if possible.
Please make sure that you have the Vsee Messenger App downloaded and set up with Amanda Radford as a contact.
Stay weather aware and remember to not risk getting out if the roads are hazardous. Be safe!
Vsee Messenger Set Up Instructions
Go to your app store (Google Play or Apple Store)
Search Vsee Messenger. It will be a green square with a white letter V.
Once set up, go to the bottom of the screen and click contacts. In the top right corner there will be a plus sign. Click this and it will say “Add Contact”. It will pop up a space to enter in an email.
Here you will enter Amanda’s email
familyandpeds@outlook.com
Click find. It will show Amanda’s name (Amanda Radford). Click send contact request. Amanda will approve your request. When he calls on the app, it will pop up as a notification saying “You are receiving a call.” You will click the notification and answer the call.
Now, you are all set up for Telehealth/Vsee! Stay safe and do not hesitate to contact us.
