We’re excited to share that Hometown H**p is becoming Hometown Wellness!

You’ll still see the same friendly faces and we’ll continue carrying our most popular products — the ones you know and love. As Hometown Wellness, we’ll also be expanding our offerings to better support your overall health journey.

This change allows us to continue growing our partnership with His Hands Family Practice and bring you even more of the wellness products and support you need.

🚨 Weather Closure Notice 🚨

For the safety of our staff and patients, His Hands Family Practice and Hometown H**p will be closed Monday, 1/26, due to inclement weather and dangerous road conditions.

We plan to reopen Tuesday, 1/27 at 9:00 a.m., if conditions are safe. No staff will be in the office Monday, and phones will not be answered.

Please watch our page for updates. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to linemen, city and county workers, and all first responders who have worked tirelessly.!Your dedication does not go unnoticed.
