We have had some people reach out to us with questions, and we want to help others understand what we do and our processes. Here are a couple of our most common questions asked:

Q: How long will it take for me to get my pet back?
A: At Sweet Memories, our goal is to get your pet back to you as soon as we possibly can. Our pickup is within a short time frame of receiving a request for service, whether from the owner or veterinarian office. After cremation has been performed, it could take 1-3 days, depending upon the type of memorial products ordered. A personalized urn or box may take a few days to deliver.

Q: My veterinarian offers cremation, but through another service. Do I have to use them?
A: You can choose who you want to cremate your pet, just like you can choose your veterinarian, groomer, or any other pet service providers. You can contact the cremation service or ask your veterinarian to for you.

Q: If I order memorial products, how long is the wait for shipping?
A: Shipping varies from our distributor, depending on when the order is placed and what personalizations are done. We strive to order as soon as we know what the owner wants, and then get the items overnight or 1-2 day shipping.
