Cool.
You also don’t accidentally wake up jacked one day.
This is me doing deadlifts because:
• Muscle = independence
• Muscle = joint protection
• Muscle = metabolism that doesn’t ghost you after 45
Trust me — getting too weak is the real risk.
And no one ever tripped, fell, or struggled with luggage because they had too much muscle.
Train for strength.
Train for life.
Train so future-you doesn’t have to negotiate with a chair.
