I’m excited to share that Rosemary Ebertshauser, MSN-FNP will be moving her practice to a new location:

📍 His Hands Family Care

Starting Monday, July 7th, I will start seeing patients at the new office Monday–Thursday, 8:00AM–6:00 PM.
Friday: 9:00 PM-1:00 PM
One Saturday a month

This move was not by choice, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please know that:
✔ All appointments remain unchanged, your scheduled times are secure.
✔ Your current treatment plans will continue uninterrupted, I’ll pick up right where we left off.

Moving practices is not the reputation I strive for, and I deeply appreciate your trust and patience during this transition. My commitment to your care remains my top priority.
