NEW DEADLY OPIOID: A new synthetic opioid called cychlorphine has been tied to 16 overdose deaths in East Tennessee since October, according to preliminary toxicology tests.

Officials say the drug has appeared alongside fentanyl and methamphetamine in several cases.
