Weight loss a national concern for health and longevity. This is a national problem which I feel needs to be discussed and addressed.
My formula is as follows for complete long term success. We need to ingest good fats and proteins, low glycemic index carbohydrates, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 4 times a week. Diet is worth 80% and exercise is only 20% of the formula. Jiaogulan ( Gynostemma) 250mg, Berberine extract 600mg, Quercetin 500mg, Alpha lipoic acid 600mg daily 30 minutes before a meal once per day. This formula will increase ATP cellular energy burn, increase metabolism, decrease insulin resistance, decrease blood sugar levels, decrease inflammation and oxidation, increase immune system, decrease cancer risk and improve cardiovascular and brain cognitive blood flow.

Have you or your family members ever wondered where the cure for most diseases including cancer may exist. I believe the answer to this question resides simply in nature and our evolutionary process. We adapt and change via evolution but we can not adapt at the rate of changes that exist all around us including what we eat and drink. The answer resides in being able to turn on and off genes (dna and rna) that plaque us with mutation. My goal is to increase my immune system to prevent disease from entering my body. Think of my product as working on the outside conditions that all humans have.
