Weight loss a national concern for health and longevity. This is a national problem which I feel needs to be discussed and addressed.
My formula is as follows for complete long term success. We need to ingest good fats and proteins, low glycemic index carbohydrates, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 4 times a week. Diet is worth 80% and exercise is only 20% of the formula. Jiaogulan ( Gynostemma) 250mg, Berberine extract 600mg, Quercetin 500mg, Alpha lipoic acid 600mg daily 30 minutes before a meal once per day. This formula will increase ATP cellular energy burn, increase metabolism, decrease insulin resistance, decrease blood sugar levels, decrease inflammation and oxidation, increase immune system, decrease cancer risk and improve cardiovascular and brain cognitive blood flow.
