If you’re anything like me, your mind starts racing the minute you open your eyes in the morning…mentally running through EVERYTHING that needs to get done in the next days, weeks or even months coupled with all the holiday “magic” that you want to create for your family.
It’s exhausting!
Now, imagine writing out your to do list and not having to actually do any of it!
You can take a deep breath, have a second cup of coffee, feel your shoulders relax… it’s handled.
You finally get to focus on what you want to focus on without worrying about if you remembered to feed the dog, flip the laundry, or pull the ground beef out of the freezer for dinner.
Delegation is a form of self care. Doing all invisible labor and carrying the mental load is so 2025!
