Hello wonderful people! As Valentine’s Day approaches I receive lots of text messages asking if I am available, and end up having a lots of individual conversations about my business. Wanted to attempt to head a little of that off with this ☺️

First off, I am a travel massage therapist - means I come to you. There needs to be enough space for setup of equipment where you reside and me to safely work. Speaking of safety, I vet everyone before taking them on as clients. Part of my vetting is a health form. Next step is meeting in person at a public place. Final step would be setting up an appointment. Due to vetting I am unable to book on a whim or for surprises. If you wanted to have a surprise session for someone I would have to already have taken them on as a client. The *only* time I make small exceptions is palliative care, and there would be a video chat instead of a meetup but I would still need health documentation and okay from doctor(s).

Second, it’s only me. Full definition of small women owed business - these two hands 🙌. I know lots of great MTs and we get together for continuing education, but I am unable to perform tandem couple massage. If that’s what you’re looking for I can refer you to studio or larger business. The option I can offer would be one at a time, back-to-back sessions.

Lastly, this isn’t my full-time job. It’s a passion job, so I’m good and love it, but have to work it around the profession providing healthcare and my main income. With that, my FT work is with the government - which lately shutdowns rather frequently and for long periods, but I am still required to report for duty unpaid 😔. As much as cash is king during the Shutdown(s) for me, I still have to honor my commitments to oath of service by showing up and keeping people safe… And this February is looking to have one or maybe even two government shutdowns.

All that aside, love to have new future clients! Apologize in advance February looks pretty rocky for sessions with me until a budget is passed by Congress, but it’s an okay time to get the paperwork and meetups out the way. All signed up for a massage clinic on Visceral Manipulation for 31st of May! Excited to bring what I learn from Vickie Branch back to the table. Also looking forward to reconnecting and catching up with classmates.

If any other MTs are interested in joining, I’ll include details in comments. The class is 6 CEUs with NCBTMB - That’s half way to your licensing CEU requirements if you practice in New Hampshire.

My friend wrote a book! Divination reads are great for spooky season and intuition is always a wonderful muscle to work - keeps us all grounded and safe. It also guides a lot of my practice as a therapist to tune into the bodies and the people I choose to work with/on. Pick one up, or grab a couple to gift to friends... Maybe learn how to ward off the evil eye of your 'not' friends; be real, everyone has at least one hater out there. Or do it for the history of a different culture not often portrayed in a truthful or positive light; if you don't happen to have any Romani friends in your circle (that you know of). Lots of references to additional works to keep learning, growing, and understanding in so many different ways.

So excited to get our hands on ‘Secrets of Romani Fortune Telling’ by our amazing friends and hosts of the ! This is such a huge moment for Roma representation. A big thank you to for sending this our way and uplifting Romani voices. Looking forward to exploring its wisdom! 🔮✨🫖

After my mom’s su***de in May, I’ve had to take a few steps back from my mobile massage biz. Most of my free time for the upcoming year is still directed to the courts and working as best I can without a lawyer to declare her estate insolvent. It’s been a slow process, due to many hiccups I’ve been dealing with more complications than the average unexpected, will-less death.

I can’t expect to heal others, when I myself am still working on finding my footing in this arduous and frustrating place. While I’m prioritizing court and my general mental health - don’t fret. My comeback will be better than ever. Still making time to learn new techniques. Even made it to Thailand! Had a mini ocean interment for my mom earlier today; Big Buddha is looking over her. Thank you for your support and understanding during this time of heavy transition and reflection. May better times be ahead for all of us.

For anyone who has made this challenging journey lighter, may all blessings be returned. And for those who added rocks to my rucksack of burdens, may you be bound to carry the weight tenfold.

Ordered this THREE YEARS AGO… they just arrived. Was beginning to think the whole thing was a scam and I’d never see the finished product. Supply chain issues, COVID, testing failures before assembly, testing failures after assembly - the list went on. Excited to test them out and then incorporate into a stone treatment. Guess no time it the right time, except right now. 🤙

Openings available for massage now through next week. Since I am travel (come to your home, office, pool side party, etc), reach out because I don’t have a booking site due to the need for taking travel time into consideration between locations if more than one person books same day.

Will be attending AMTA NH’s Conference this month and adding Thai Foot Massage to the modality list, while dipping into CranioSacral.

Participated in Thai on the Table last year, instructed by Jill Burynski LMT. Look forward to learning more from her in a few weeks.
