In this crazy, fast-changing world, how can some individuals achieve work, life, purpose, and family balance while others constantly struggle?

This is the million dollar question, right?!?!?

Over the years, I’ve been working with thousands of people to successfully make positive, healthy changes to their lifestyle. We’ve been tackling concerns like weight gain, a lack of activity, and the onset of chronic disease and the need to take medicines long term.

Recently, I’ve been working with Erin Kelly, a phenomenal life coach, to build a program that addresses not only the exercise and nutrition aspects of living a healthy life, but the mental and emotional aspects as well. When we focus on our whole selves, we find our balance!

Tempted by that left over Halloween candy. Try to pick a few pieces of candy you love and practice conscious indulgence. Have a few pieces and don’t give into the guilt. Give the rest of candy away or hide it so your not tempted to eat it!!!
