I’m Heather, owner of Back in Thyme Wellness and Herbs, now located in Londonderry, NH. I provide functional medicine–based nutrition and holistic wellness consultations in a calm, supportive setting. Using a root-cause, systems-based approach, I help clients understand how imbalances in digestion, hormones, inflammation, stress response, and lifestyle patterns influence overall health.

Consultations are highly personalized and may include functional nutrition guidance, lifestyle medicine education, targeted supplement and herbal support, and individualized wellness strategies designed to support the body’s innate healing processes.
