Homeopathy is the second most used system of healthcare in the world! The US had over 100 Homeopathic hospitals in the early 1900’s, closed by the newly chartered AMA. It is quietly being eliminated again!

🌟 Start Your Day Feeling Balanced and Energized 🌟

Hello, my dear friends,

Mornings set the tone for your entire day, and taking just a couple of mindful moments when you wake up can make a big difference. Today, I want to share a simple morning practice I’ve found incredibly helpful for feeling balanced and energized:

✨ Don’t rush out of bed!

When you wake up, instead of jumping out of bed immediately, take a moment to ease into your day:

1️⃣ Stay in bed for a minute or two with your eyes open, allowing your body and mind to wake up gradually.

2️⃣ Do some gentle stretches:

Stretch your arms and legs.
Lie on your back, raise your legs, and move them as if you’re riding a bicycle for 30 seconds. This playful movement energizes your body and gets your blood flowing!
3️⃣ Sit up slowly:

Shift to a seated position and dangle your feet over the side of the bed.
Stay here for another minute, letting your body fully adjust before placing your feet on the floor.
✨ Why this practice is so beneficial:

It’s especially helpful for those with high blood pressure, as it allows your body to adjust naturally before standing.
It helps gather and balance your energy, promoting better circulation and a sense of calm readiness as you begin your day.
By taking a few mindful moments each morning, you can set the stage for a more centered, energized, and balanced day.

Give it a try and feel the difference! 🌞

My, how the tune changes when childhood vaccination turns into a multi-billion-dollar profit machine.

Now vaccine side effects are hidden—not discussed with the public.

***Let me be extremely clear: the entire purpose of this post is to show that doctors used to openly talk about side effects and properly warn patients—whereas now those side effects are routinely concealed, minimized, or completely denied.

That being said, this AAP statement was specifically regarding the smallpox vaccination of the time (a live-virus vaccine that carried a serious risk of eczema vaccinatum—a severe, disseminated infection—in people with eczema).

Due to the comment section exploding, here are a few additional links discussing eczema (atopic dermatitis), potential flares, or skin reactions after vaccination even with our current vaccines.

1. A 2003 Danish study found increased incidence of atopic dermatitis following MMR vaccination or natural measles infection (adjusted incidence ratio ~1.86).

2. A Japanese birth cohort study linked cumulative exposure to inactivated vaccines (e.g., four or five different ones before 6 months) to higher prevalence of eczema at 12 months (adjusted odds ratio 1.144 for four/five vaccines).

3. Case series reported generalized eczematous reactions (new-onset or flares) after Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in patients with or without prior atopic history (two detailed cases, recurring after second dose).

4. Review documented seven reports of new-onset atopic dermatitis and 14 reports of flares or eczema exacerbations following COVID-19 vaccination.

5. Study associated increased risk of eczema by age 7 years with immunisation against diphtheria (OR 1.5), tetanus (OR 1.5), pertussis (OR 1.5), and polio (OR 1.4).

6. Older case reports linked BCG vaccination to eczema flares.

7. Reports of atopic dermatitis flares or exacerbations in dupilumab-treated patients following COVID-19 vaccination.

8. Case of delayed hypersensitivity reaction (severe generalized eczematous eruption) following COVID-19 booster in a patient with atopic dermatitis history.

9. Multicenter study found 7.9% of dupilumab-treated atopic dermatitis patients experienced worsened EASI scores requiring rescue therapy (considered flares) post-COVID-19 vaccination.
