Great news! Our wellness services are growing to include mental health counseling, physical therapy for pelvic health, wellness, and chronic pain, and upcoming postpartum support groups. Join our community - a few part-time rental spots still available!

Groups in Southern NH 🤍

Our doula team runs postpartum groups at many locations! We believe in building a strong community for new parents and babies as they step into this vulnerable chapter.

• Wellness Village NH - most popular and deepest roots are here, with many beautiful friendships formed over time 💚 Tuesdays 10am-12pm

• Nashua Public Library - our first collaboration with that sparked an expansion of support ✨ 2nd Thursday of the month 10-11:30am

• Rodgers Memorial Library - a newer offering for families around Hudson NH to connect 🙌🏼 1st Thursday of the month 10-11am

• Amherst Town Library - pop-up opportunities alternating with storytime 📖 Every ~8 weeks, check the calendar!

• Wilton Community Center - a pre-existing group we have the honor of holding space for 🩷 4th Friday of the month 9:30-11am

✨ Coming Soon to Londonderry, NH ✨
Wellness and perinatal/postpartum mental health center offering psychotherapy, support groups and workshops (more services to come).
We are ditching cold + clinical settings. Come relax on the couch with a coffee while you get help for yourself. We have all the baby supplies you could need, pillows, blankets, drinks, snacks, and a truly nonjudgmental space to seek community.
