What started as a bold step into ownership and growth quickly became something much bigger than we imagined. When Guardian Home Care of NH launched on May 31, 2024, we embraced the challenge of building something meaningful; grounded in quality, compassion, and a commitment to doing things the right way from day one.
Fast forward to today, and we are incredibly proud to share that we have successfully completed our second state survey: Deficiency-Free for 2026, marking two years in a row of deficiency-free surveys. This continued achievement is a true reflection of the systems we’ve built, the standards we uphold, and most importantly, the dedication of our team.
Since last year’s survey, our growth has been nothing short of extraordinary. We now have a team of over 260 incredible caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff, and have proudly provided care to more than 500 clients. These numbers are powerful; they represent the lives we’ve touched, the families we’ve supported, and the impact we continue to make in our communities every single day.
This milestone is a direct result of our team’s hard work, compassion, and commitment to excellence. Sheila and I are proud beyond words of what has been accomplished and the culture that has been built.
