If you are in the Dover NH area or anywhere nearby, this is a great deal and a wonderful way to strengthen and add flexibility at the same time. I cannot recommend Jenn and her team at Dover Pilates enough!

Relationships often face difficulties during this period of time due to lack of understanding.
Be kind and patient with moms, they are facing more challenges than you know.

Did you know that you can use your HSA and FSA card for Medical Massage? Because it is for health purposes your MMP is able to bill your card! So no out of pocket expense for you.

Often your insurance will reimburse you a portion for your sessions as well!

Raising kiddos to love massage!

Went to visit family this weekend and broke out a massage chair. The littles were curious so they got "purple massages". (Which is similar to a soothing back rub, just with finger tips.)
