She brings energy, sunshine, and a warm heart to every shift—and has quickly become someone her teammates can truly rely on. Alexa has a special way of making each resident feel valued and cared for, and she treasures the friendships she’s built with her coworkers.

We’re excited to announce that our team will be participating in the Alzheimer’s Walk on October 18 in Merrimack, NH! 💜

We’re walking to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by Alzheimer’s—and we’d love for our residents’ families and friends to be a part of it!

Family members are welcome to join our team and walk alongside their loved one. Please note: residents may only participate if accompanied by a family member for the duration of the event.

Maintenance Director

Meet Michael, our Maintenance Director who joined us in early 2024 and has quickly become a valued part of our community. Michael brings both skill and spirit to the job—always ready to lend a hand and never one to shy away from some fun with the team!

Whether it’s fixing what’s broken or pitching in wherever he’s needed, Michael does it all with a smile and a can-do attitude. His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and we’re lucky to have him.

When he’s not keeping things running smoothly here, Michael enjoys the great outdoors—camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his three daughters.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: James 🌟Our dedicated and hardworking Dining Room Manager!

James first joined our team in 2017 as a server in the dining room. From the very beginning, his commitment to excellent service and his natural leadership skills stood out. Over the years, he has grown within the organization, taking on more responsibility and becoming an essential part of our team.

Outside of work, James wears two other important hats: father and future police officer. He cherishes time with his daughter and balances his family life with the intense preparation required for the Police Academy. His dedication to both his current role and his future goals is nothing short of inspiring.

What a fun Employee Appreciation Week!! With a Directors employee carwash, prizes, ice cream truck, iced coffee bar, and a bbq with the dunk tank we were able to show our team how much we appreciate them and all of their hard work. We KNOW just how lucky we are to have the staff that we do, thanks to you all!!! xoxo
