“Perfect Just As I Am”

Greetings Campers and Staff:

The annual OARC Summer Camp will be held at a SALT CREEK RETREAT, 29250 E 1930 Road, Ringling, OK 73456! The total cost for Camp 2025 will be $150.00 per overnight camper. Daycampers only will be $100.00 per camper (Friday and Saturday)

All applications must be complete for us to provide a safe and fun week for all the campers.

The camp will be limited to the first 20 females and 20 male’s camper registrants due to the number of bottom bunks in the totally airconditioned facilities. Campers must be vaccinated for the COVID virus, and symptom free to attend.
The application deadline says May 16th; however, I do need them ASAP because our cook needs to know how many to prepare for and I need to know TSHIRT SIZES. Staff, if you are waiting on signatures/approval from guardians, you can email me the t-shirt sizes per home, which will be beneficial to speed up this process. For your convenience, an application packet is enclosed along with a list of items that the camper needs to bring to camp. If more applications are needed, please make copies of the one attached.
All applications must be turned in before MAY 16, 2025

The session will begin on FRIDAY, June 6th, ending on SUNDAY June 8th.
ARRIVAL TIME FOR CAMPERS ON FRIDAY IS AFTER 12:00 P.M.
We also need staff or family delivering campers stay long enough to assure that the camper is checked in with all his/her belongings and medications.

CAMPERS NEED TO BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 10:00 am ON SUNDAY –
THEY WILL BE HAVING BREAKFAST AND ACTIVITIES
SUNDAY MORNING BEFORE LEAVING.
PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS ON THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES.
