Join certified holistic nutritionist, Melissa Ulev from Take Root Holistic Health Coaching, for a fun and informative 2-hour workshop dedicated to celebrating good health! In this session, we’ll dive into the world of fire cider—an age-old tonic made with vinegar and a blend of immune-boosting herbs and foods like garlic, onion, horseradish, hot peppers, roots, and herbs. Fire cider has been used for generations as a powerful way to transition from the vibrant, active days of late summer and fall into the more introspective, cozy months of late fall and winter.

Come discover the history, traditions, and health benefits behind this fiery concoction, and create your very own jar of fire cider for immune and digestive support! We’ll be working with a variety of fresh veggies and herbs. All materials will be provided, and each participant will leave with a jar of their custom brew, along with a handout summarizing everything we cover in the workshop.
