PDGF Ariessence is a lab-made growth factor that’s listed with the FDA as a topical cosmetic, not approved for injection.

While some injectors are exploring it off-label, I personally choose to wait until there’s more long-term, independent data on its safety and tissue behavior.

This isn’t about right or wrong — it’s about different approaches to innovation and patient safety.

I truly respect every provider’s judgment and curiosity. For me, I just move forward when I feel fully confident in both the science and the outcomes.
