Surgeon show and tell!
I had such a special experience yesterday—watching another surgeon in the operating room and learning from the way he works. 🙌 No matter how long you’ve been in practice, there’s always something new to pick up: a little technique, a new perspective, or even just a reminder of why we love what we do.
Grateful for Dr Manish Shah and Dr Ariel Johnson, who were generous with their time and knowledge—it makes me a better surgeon😷, and most importantly, it helps me take even better care of my patients. 💙

✨ Bright eyes, refreshed look ✨
This patient wanted to address her under-eye bags, dark under eye circles, and crepey lower eyelid skin. I removed some the excess fat causing the puffiness and used some of the fat to fill the under eye hollows. I also added laser resurfacing for smooth her lower lid wrinkles and improve the discoloration of her under eye dark circles.

The result? A natural, rested, and rejuvenated appearance — without changing her unique features.

Today we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, nearly a quarter century ago. The collage of the twin towers is made from the faces of the heroes who ran toward danger, the passengers who fought to take back their plane, and the helpless victims.
Today we remember them and the families forever changed. May we honor their memory with gratitude, unity, and a renewed commitment to never take our freedoms for granted.

It’s not the product, it’s the injector‼️

Well placed filler shouldn’t cause pillow face. The above diagram shows how little volume even 3 cc of filler provides.

When performed thoughtfully, dermal fillers should enhance, not distort. The “pillow face” look is not the result of filler itself, but of overcorrection and excessive product placement.

If your injector is injecting huge volumes or repeating injections at set intervals regardless of whether you need repeat injections, it may be time to look elsewhere 👋

Conservative volumes, placed in the correct anatomical planes, respect natural proportions and restore youthful contours without creating heaviness🎯. By addressing support, balance, and harmony, filler can refresh a face while maintaining its unique character.

The goal is not to change how you look, but to help you look like a well-rested, healthy version of yourself.

Chat Gpt fail!
So I tried to get Chat Gpt to make a picture of me… and let’s just say it still can’t get it right. 🤖🎨
Funny how it can mimic styles, colors, and vibes, but when it comes to creating a truly realistic image of me, it misses the mark. Just a reminder that technology is powerful, but it’s not human.

I think my job is safe…for now😂
