I am surprised each and every time I speak with other CNA students from my school and from other schools, vital signs can be so easily confused. Here they are below:

Pulse ratio : 60-100
Respiration : 16-20
Blood Pressure(BP) : 140/90
Weight
Urine Output

You will have one of these forsure on the state exam but also when you get a nursing job all of these skills you must know like the back of your hand to be competitive.
