Tenacious, tough, Halloween loving, beach-dwelling - this mama bird has traveled the world and can handle it all! She once drove herself to the hospital while in labor.

A liver of a thousand lives; from stage managing to (no really; she majored in production and directing) to mama-ing, to lizard rearing??? - she’s done it all and more.

Get her love by talking about gods and goddesses, buying her a houseplant, or delivering her cheese pizza - her class is deeply meditative, challenging, and captures her worldliness and dedication to yoga.

PS - this is her favorite song 😝

Wise, kind, the besssst listener, calming beyond all imagination. Chelsea is like your favorite security blanket with glimmer of weird that only get brighter the longer you know her - in the most wonderful way possible (I mean, the girl’s fave food is beans). Our nerdy, sweet, smart Chelsea is one of the most caring teachers you could ever meet, so the next time you see her, bring a can of garbanzos. 🔈 SOUND OFF below on what the best bean is, its definitely black beans but whatever

Babe. BABE. It’s summmmmaaaaa. Like right now already it’s here. Do you knowwww that our brains do this funny thing where the more time we spend doing things that make us feel wholly present, the more our perception of time is altered making it feel like time is moving slowly.

Babe idk about you but I want a longggg easyyyy summer. And if you make memories with us it’ll feel like it’s lasting long enough to savor. We have got sooooooo much in store for y’all - here’s the docket for July for now. Love you 😘 baiiiiiii

Sometimes we have a truly crazy idea, and we somehow make it happen (big props to Olivia for working her magic), but our biggest and fave idea is getting to gift yoga to people who really need the safe space our four walls create.
