At Vira, you’ll find inclusive classes for all bodies, experienced teachers who know their stuff, and a community that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Our music-driven classes move your body from head to toe. You’ll build strength, flexibility, confidence, and so much more - so you walk out better than you walked in. 💫 Our schedule has it all: spicy or sweet, dynamic or steady pace, community events, workshops, restorative… plus philosophy, meditation, and breath work.

There’s more than one type of class because you need more than one type of thing. There’s days you need to sweat out the drama and days you need to feel plugged back into the universe.

That’s why our classes have ❤️‍🔥 and 🪄 scales at the bottom - so you can pick your flavor of body work, spirit work, and find the right class for you.
