Hey guys. I realized I didn't tell you much about myself. I just got excited to get to the nitty-gritty. About me, I have currently just about 12 years experience and have been licensed for 2 years. I graduated from National Holistic Institute in 2019. I got the chance and still want to participate in some charities and am welcome for any events nearby. I currently reside in Long Beach and have worked at Skyline Chiropractor and Spavia, which is my current occupation. My experience started with me working on my dad. He was a computer technician, and his hobbies were golf and tennis. He suffered severe hand and wrist pain, which is now recognized as carpal tunnel. After two failed surgeries on his wrist, his options where running out. Thats when I was introduced to the world of reflexology, which is really my bread and butter!!! I was young, but I would learn more and more from each session, a few times every week. I became very intuitive of how the muscle would feel and how much pressure to put and my dad would thank me and be proud of me. In short, just to see my clients doing better and feeling great makes me feel better. I love the work I do because every person is different. It's nice to finally get out of the everyday robotic wash, rinse, and repeat. Hopefully I get some warm welcomes to my new page. Have a great night everyone!

Lets talk Neck pain people!! In this growing age of computers and the multitude of occupational tendencies that cause us physical pain. As our generation leaps into further advancements in technology we struggle to find a balance between a body at ease and a body going through duress ex. You go to work then come home but you still have tasks you need to accomplish. It is detrimental that we treat ourselves to the relaxation we need to maintain our body just like we would any other object or tool we would use on a daily basis and we can begin by introducing 3 steps into our life.
1.)Stretching 2.) Hot cold compressions 3.)Healthy body posture now when i say perma-shrug a couple things alot of things come to mind Examples like tension,limited mobility,and irritation this is caused by hyper movement of the muscle over use and or poor body mechanics in the next couple posts I will begin to show you how to take on these ailments. To better maintain your body and boost productivity in and out of the office I may start calling it Mantra Mondays please join me feel free to drop any comment regarding neck pain and ill do my best to answer with the best of my knowledge Thanks and warm welcome to the page!
