Easy and Healthy in under 15 min. Lightly steam veggies (I like 10 minutes for the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and 4 min for the squash, asparagus and cabbage). Mix in some grass fed beef, or free range poultry, and you have yourself a fast, healthy, low calorie and nutrient dense meal!
