Shout out and 🤓 I learned a ton of valuable info and participated in some very insightful discussions! So grateful to pursue my passion both as a way of life and a career regardless of the💵or lack thereof LOL plus I still get to be with the youth as well...too blessed to be stressed and growing along the way!!

If your kid is with me in the gym believe they played some D😂😂we had a great time over the holidays 🏀what a perfect way to end 2021🎉I'm so blessed to receive love and lessons from our youth, can't think of a better way to spend my time. I'll be back at Eastridge 3/14-18 hope to see y'all then!

I swear this smells exactly like the forest🏞lol not a plant though technically a fungus, and despite the mediocre nutrition value mushrooms still offer quite a bit. Much love to my man 🙏🏿nothing like being seen and heard by those who know you best. But as much as I love nutrition, that passion pales in comparison to the feelings of community and fellowship that food provides🙌🏿🥰life is better when shared and I absolutely LOVE how food has to power to not only heal our physical bodies, but our minds and hearts as well by bringing us all together! Everybody's gotta eat right lol
