🌎 In honor of Earth Day, we’re excited to share a look back at something special from this past weekend 💙

Pacific Mind Health hosted a beach clean-up in Long Beach near the Belmont Pier, and it was a meaningful reminder of what can happen when people come together.

Even with a small group, we collected multiple large bags of trash in under an hour. Along the way, members of the community stopped to say thank you, and we were reminded just how impactful small actions can be.

As Kassidy Rauh, Ketamine & TMS Technician, Patient Coordinator, shared, “This event also marks the beginning of our Clean Pacific initiative, inspired by a growing awareness of how everyday tools, including AI, impact our environment through energy and water use. As we continue to care for our patients, we’re also committed to caring for the world around us.

Spending time outdoors, working toward a shared goal, and connecting with others are all powerful ways to support mental wellbeing, and this event brought all of that together.”

We’re so grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this first clean-up a success. We’re looking forward to what’s next.

Anxiety can affect adults, adolescents, and children in different ways.

For teens, it can show up in school stress, friendships, or figuring out who they are. For adults, it may be tied to work, relationships, parenting, or past experiences.

No matter the age, compassionate support matters.

We work with patients and family members to provide age-appropriate care that supports emotional growth, coping skills, and resilience.

If anxiety is affecting you or someone you love, you don’t have to handle it alone. Reach out to learn about your options.

Helping bring clarity to important conversations around ketamine matters. Misinformation can create confusion, which is why credible, science-backed voices are essential in shaping understanding of what ketamine is and what it is not.

We are proud to see Pacific Mind Health contributing to this dialogue in a recent feature with CBS News, helping set the record straight with a thoughtful, informed perspective.

This is the kind of advocacy that defines our work: meeting patients where they are and leading with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care.

Depression rarely shows up alone. For many people, it comes alongside anxiety, stress, substance use concerns, or other emotional struggles that all overlap and affect each other.

That is why effective mental health care considers the full picture, not just one piece. When we understand what is happening underneath and alongside depression, we can create an individualized, holistic treatment plan.

Remember that you are not just one symptom or one diagnosis. You deserve care that sees all of you and supports every part of what you are carrying. 💙

Spring isn’t just for cleaning your space, it’s an opportunity to reset your mind, too.

Clutter can quietly add stress, distract your focus, and make it harder to feel at ease in your own environment. The good news? Even small steps can help shift that.

✨ Start with one drawer or one surface
✨ Let go of what no longer serves you
✨ Focus on progress, not perfection

Creating a calmer space can support a calmer mind, helping you feel more grounded, focused, and in control.
