Happy ! 🎉

Self-care doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive. It can be as simple as taking a walk, getting enough sleep, turning off your phone for a while, or spending time with people who make you smile.

Taking care of yourself also means looking after your mental health. Check in with how you’re feeling, give yourself breaks, and remember it’s okay to ask for help when you need it.

You deserve to feel good and take care of yourself today and every day. 💙

Taking a moment for a mental health check-in can make a big difference. It’s a simple way to pause and tune into how you’re feeling, not just on the surface but deep down. ⏰

Ask yourself:

• How am I feeling right now?
• What’s been on my mind lately?
• Have I been taking time for myself?
• Is there something I need to let go of or ask for help with?

Remember, your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Checking in regularly helps you catch small struggles early and take gentle steps toward feeling better. Give yourself the kindness you freely offer others. 💙

We know any new treatment comes with questions, and we get this one a lot. 🤔

TMS is actually pretty gentle. During a session, you might hear a clicking sound and feel a light tapping on your head where the treatment happens. It doesn’t hurt, though it can feel a little odd at first. Most people get used to it quickly.

The best part? You stay fully awake and relaxed. Many of our patients spend their time watching TV or reading. When it’s over, you can drive yourself home and go on with your day as usual.

If you’re feeling nervous, that’s completely normal. We’re here to guide you through it and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Have more questions? Book a TMS info session with a team member, and we’ll walk you through the process.
