Summer's around the corner. You're probably already thinking about trips, flights, maybe a beach week.

And if you're like most people, you've already accepted the tradeoff: enjoy the trip, gain the weight, "get back on track" when you get home.

My last vacation was to Tokyo, where I ate over 50 meals in just 1 week. Ramen, yakitori, deep fried pork cutlet, steak, convenience store snacks at midnight, literally everything with zero restriction and no calorie tracking.

Surprisingly...I came back lighter.

Not because I was tracking macros the whole time, but because Japan's food system is built differently than ours .... and once you see the differences, you can't unsee them.

Medication is a bridge, not a destination.
