As a first-generation Latina, she is passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health and helping others break through patterns of generational trauma to bring healing, inner peace and self-love.

Hola! Welcome to Healing Trails Therapy. We are a group of therapists who share the vision of providing mental health services to our community, that are inclusive and affirming.

Collectively, we have a variety of cultural backgrounds, education, training, areas of expertise, and life experiences that we bring to the work with our clients.

We are bilingual and bicultural. We provide services in English and Spanish and provide services to the Spanish-Speaking and Latinx/e community.
