I’ve never tried red maca (I don’t think?) but I learned that it is recommended for hormonal balance, bone health, and symptoms of PMS and menopause.
I usually blend yellow maca with my protein shakes but with this herbal honey I can take 1-2 teaspoons a day, which is a fast and convenient way of taking it.
I’ve added a teaspoon to my dandelion tea pictured in this video. But one can also just take a spoonful by mouth. This will be stored in the refrigerator and will have a shelf life of 6-12 months.
