Kaela is a 3rd-year DPT student at the University of Southern California. What Kaela enjoys most about physical therapy is building personal relationships with her patients, helping them regain function, and assisting them in retuning to the activities they are passionate about. While not in the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, attending Pilates classes, and spending time by the water.

Rachael is in her third and final year in the Mount St Marys Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Rachael loves the relationships she builds with our patients. Unlike many other healthcare roles that involve quick, brief interactions, physical therapy her us to spend quality time with our patients. This time together enables her to make her patients feel heard, seen, and truly cared for, while also advocating for their health and well-being. Fun fact: Rachael is originally from Michigan and was proud to have attended DePaul University. Outside of the clinic, she love trying new things, especially regarding food adventures, soaking up some sunshine, and hanging out with friends.ย

Joanna is a second year Masters of Occupational Therapy student at California State University, Dominguez Hills. What Joanna enjoys about OT is uplifting and supporting others on reaching their goals. She chose occupational therapy as the practice aligns with her values. She strives toย work with clients in a holistic manner to collaborativelyย increase their ability to participate in the activities that bring their life meaning. In her free time, Joanna enjoys being outdoors running, hiking, or participating in activities like frisbee or yoga with others! If she is not outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, she may be reading a book, working on a puzzle, or watching a movie over a cup of tea.
