Never underestimate the gift that God has given you, even if you don’t understand it yet. Trust the process as your life unfolds.

Take time to ground your energy today. No sudden movements, changes, or acting on fleeting thoughts and emotions.

Breath into the whatever shift is occurring and allow the energy to build and grow itself. Here you’ll learn to appreciate the fact that everything has its own life force energy. Even that which we are creating, cultivating, or nurturing.

Open your being to the beauty of this and you will learn how to master each life cycle as it springs up before you with thoughts and actions.

Don’t rush into this. Life will sustain itself all you have to do is observe the rhythm of life and dance with spirit as it emerges. Such a sacred method of transportation & transformation this is.

With all this talk about manifestation I almost forgot about this aspect of my training. Which is to just be, you don’t have to force that which is already destined to have life.

So just sit there, gather your energy, water your seeds, get in touch with the land, and then meditate on your next move.

Move your energy internal via yoga, dance, martial art before you move off of your mat and into the world as you begin to travel. You will learn to find joy in doing this & it will give you deep insight and foresight into the path best taken. Honor the road that is directly linked to you life force energy…. We call this the

While the underlying culture of is seen in the physical art of waist training, The House of Sirat, asks each client to begin to dive deeper into the observance of their Life Force Energy and how they are evolving throughout space and time.

Within the House of Sirat our culture not only includes the bead wearer or consumer. We have expanded the scope of our practice to include waist Beads as a & . Our culture involves the entire Life Force Energy of waist beads from creation, to ritual tying, and then onto the expression of life captured by each strand of beads.

We incorporate The Bead Weaver, The Waist Bead Conductor, The Waist Bead Distributor, The Waist Bead Recipient, Wearer, or Consumer into the fabric of our beading network which allows each bead worker to engage with The House of Sirat with the intent of declaring their “Waist Bead Niche.”

All bead workers play a vital role in the cultivation of Life Force Energy. At each stage we observe and nurse Life Force Energy in order to consciously produce new life. In the time to come I will reveal more about our house culture and how our clients can engage with this platform. Until then, go within and allow this message to simmer.
